TESTING & VIOLATIONS REMOVAL
You can count on UTU Elevator, Inc. to perform all NYC mandated testing. UTU is licensed with the NYC Dept. of Buildigs to conduct all yearly Cat. 1 testing and five year Cat. 5 testing. We will work with the 3rd Party Witness Co. of your choice to conduct these tests and file all paperwork with the city.

We will correct all Cat. 1 violations and file all correction paper work in a timely matter.
